Christmas Caroling Fundraiser – Fenwick Concert Choir

For a donation of $50, the Fenwick Concert Choir will sing at your business, home, Christmas party, etc. for approximately 15-20
minutes. Choose your date and a 2-hour time slot.

CHRISTMAS CAROLING FUNDRAISER FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. How far are you willing to travel? We will do our best to accommodate all of the requests, regardless of town. We will try to schedule the caroling based on location. So, don’t be shy! Ask us for your town, and we’ll schedule you in!
2. Will you deliver at a specific time? We guarantee that we will deliver within the two-hour time span. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a more specific time.
3. How long will you stay and sing? We will plan to sing for approximately 15 minutes. Depending on our scheduling of houses, we may stay a little longer or leave a little earlier.
4. Will you take requests? Absolutely!! We have music that we have prepared that we want to sing for you, but please let us know if you have a favorite song you want to hear and we will do our best to oblige you.
5. What if the recipient isn’t home? We will continue to deliver to other houses and will attempt to stop by later in the night. If they are not home, we will leave a card and some candy in the recipient’s mailbox.
6. Can I change my caroling date? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we would be able to accommodate changes, but if you’d like to request a new day or time, please email KST@fenwick.org as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
7. What happens if there is inclement weather? We will plan to sing as long as the roads are safe, even if it is raining or snowing. If we do have to cancel because of dangerous road conditions, we will unfortunately not be able to reschedule, and your $50 will be a donation to the program. Thank you!
8. Will you accept tips? Yes! We would gladly accept any donation of any kind! Every dollar raised through this fundraiser goes right into the students’ travel account. You can give us cash or checks made out to Bishop Fenwick High School.
