Victoria Bizzozero ’07 – Embracing the Entrepreneurial Spirit

12/01/25

At the beginning of our interview, Victoria told us that since graduating from Bishop Fenwick, she has always been drawn to creating experiences, entrepreneurship, and building businesses that bring people together. And since graduation, she sure has done that and more! After graduating from Bishop Fenwick in 2007, Victoria went on to study hospitality at Johnson & Wales University, where she graduated early in 2010. She later earned a certificate in Public Relations from DePaul University. “I took every opportunity I could to live in new places, meet new people, and immerse myself in different experiences,” Victoria told us.

Her career took her to Chicago for several years and then to Miami, where she worked across hospitality, marketing, and business development roles. During that time, she also served as Director of an experiential marketing agency based in New York City, leading creative strategy and experiential campaigns for national brands. And with a smile, Victoria told us that in her spare time she is also a real estate investor, as well as an Airbnb host and designer.

After years spent building her career in major cities, Victoria found herself back on the North Shore to build something closer to home. Victoria’s current venture at 10 Lowell Street in downtown Peabody centers on The Suites Downtown, a concept she co-founded with her partner, Michael Votto. Votto led the redevelopment of the multi-level building, overseeing the revitalization of Brodie’s, a longtime downtown Peabody staple, and the introduction of Palm & Crane, an elevated cocktail lounge that has brought new, cosmopolitan energy to the area.

Victoria focused on shaping the design and vision of The Suites Downtown, a beauty and wellness–focused studio concept created for entrepreneurs ready to build their own businesses in a high-end, supportive environment. The space features 15 individual, fully private suites, each move-in-ready and designed with all-inclusive amenities, including digital and social media marketing integration, so professionals can focus on growth rather than overhead. “I wanted to create a place where independent professionals could truly build their dream businesses,” Victoria shared. “The Suites Downtown is about giving people the freedom of ownership while surrounding them with thoughtful design, built-in support, and a community that helps them thrive.”

When asked how she selected to attend Bishop Fenwick, Victoria told us, “My parents deeply valued a strong education and understood what an incredible foundation Fenwick would give me. I am very fortunate that they helped make this decision with me. It shaped so much of who I am today.” When asked about some favorite Fenwick memories, Victoria shared, “It was those everyday moments at Fenwick—laughing with friends in the hallways, feeling supported by teachers who genuinely cared, and the sense of community that made the school feel like a second home. It was an environment where I felt encouraged to dream bigger.”

At the conclusion of our interview, Victoria reflected on how Fenwick helped prepare her for life beyond the classroom. “A former boss once commented on my discipline, and I give full credit to Fenwick for that. The school taught me structure, accountability, and how to show up fully—skills that matter whether I’m leading a team, growing a business, or mentoring the next generation,” she said. When asked for advice for today’s Fenwick students, Victoria said: “The only person who can limit your potential is you. The opportunities in front of you are endless. Be curious, be bold, and don’t be afraid to start something on your own!”

Through her work in real estate, hospitality, and entrepreneurship—including her focus on The Suites Downtown—Victoria continues to bring her passion for building meaningful, thoughtfully designed spaces to the North Shore. Thank you, Victoria, for sharing your story with us, and congratulations on all of your great success.
